Land O'Lakes, Inc. in Arden Hills, MN is offering a Culinary Center Intern role for an 11-week program from May 2027 to July 2027, paying $24 per hour.

The internship provides hands-on culinary experience across recipe development, sales enablement, content creation, and innovation. The intern will rotate through three project phases with mentorship from the Culinary Manager and will present a final share-out detailing learnings and impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Nutrition, or closely related field.
• Completion of at least one year of undergraduate coursework by Summer 2027
• Experience in a kitchen, lab, or foodservice setting (academic or professional)
• Passion for cooking, food, and flavors
• Strong background with hands-on experience in basic culinary and cooking methods
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability and desire to taste, critique, and provide honest feedback on a variety of foodservice and retail products, recipes and ingredients throughout the workday

Responsibilities

• Engage in an 11-week internship rotating through recipe development, sales enablement, content development, and innovation.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Manager on strategic projects and mentorship.
• Develop tools for sales teams and craft culinary content.
• Present a final share-out summarizing work and growth.
