Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales operations, business analytics, data analytics, commercial operations, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Data cleansing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales analytics projects that support business planning, pricing, territory management, and commercial decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for sales and business leaders.
• Analyze customer, market, and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Translate business requests into analytical approaches, recommendations, and measurable action plans.
• Support pricing and quoting activities by leveraging market analysis and customer data to inform recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance CRM data, account assignments, and sales tracking processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Create executive-ready analyses and presentations that communicate business impact and strategic opportunities.
• Train and support team members on reporting tools, analytics processes, and best practices.
