Job summary

good2grow is seeking a Distributor Sales Insights Analyst to turn business questions into actionable insights. The role conducts ad hoc and recurring analyses using Claude and other BI tools, helping develop data-driven stories for Distributor needs and decision briefs.

The position supports business reviews and planning materials, may build simple automations, and collaborates with Distributor field teams. Hybrid work with on-site days 2–3 per week in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of experience performing similar responsibilities.
• 2+ years with commercial analytics in CPG, retail, consumer goods, commercial analytics or sales experience.
• Strong statistical skills; proficiency with Excel, data visualization, and BI tools.
• Willingness to learn AI-powered analytics tools (Claude or similar).
• Excellent communication skills for commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ad hoc analysis for Divisional VPs and the Distributor Commercial Decision Partner Manager using Claude, Domo, and other data sources.
• Review results for accuracy and relevance before sharing.
• Support the Manager in preparing Distributor business reviews, Annual Business Planning materials, and sales presentations by gathering insights, validating data, and developing content.
• Help develop Decision Intelligence briefs for Distributor needs by documenting the business problem, inputs/outputs, and success criteria.
• Share analytical tools and capabilities with Distributor field teams and represent the insights function during customer meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
