SPX Technologies in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Financial Analyst – Sales Incentive and FP&A to partner with the commercial organization, develop sales targets, and administer incentive plans. The role supports budget processes, cost center analysis, and key metrics such as DSO/DPO while delivering insights to leadership.

You will collaborate with FP&A, operations, and project teams, handling monthly/ quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, and ad-hoc data requests.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or Accounting is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• ERP experience related to cost, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing modules preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to manage large Excel files.

Responsabilidades

• Provide data and analysis to support internal sales targets and incentive calculations.
• Perform monthly calculations of incentive and commission amounts and approve payments.
• Review and update cost center spend versus budget and forecast updates.
• Support monthly/ quarterly financial metrics and ad-hoc data requests.
