Job summary

SPX Technologies, Brentwood, Missouri, is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage quarterly forecasts and drive annual budgets for Electric Heat. You will partner with senior leadership to provide analytical insights, build financial models, and support decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of FP&A experience, experience with OneStream or similar platforms, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. This onsite role offers robust benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of applicable FP&A experience.
• FP&A experience within a publicly traded company and/or manufacturing company.
• Experience with OneStream or other financial consolidation platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Electric Heat’s quarterly financial forecast.
• Lead annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Provide analytical support to senior management and drive forecasting.
• Create budgets, models, and performance analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
