Job summary

SPX Technologies, Electric Heat division, seeks a Financial Analyst to drive quarterly forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans. You will partner with senior management to provide analytical support and actionable insights for decision making.

You will build financial models, run forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses, and prepare regular reports to guide leadership and investors, while staying aligned with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of applicable FP&A experience in a manufacturing or public company.
• Experience with OneStream or other financial consolidation platforms.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Electric Heat's quarterly financial forecast and annual budget.
• Support senior management with insights to drive decisions.
• Create predictive models and performance analyses.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Manage capital expenditure approval process.
