Job summary

SPX Technologies, part of SPX Cooling Technologies, is seeking a Financial Analyst - Sales Incentive and FP&A to partner with the commercial organization, develop sales targets, and calculate incentive payments quarterly. The role involves analyzing spend vs.

budget, forecasting, and communicating financial risk and opportunities to leadership. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, sales analytics, or FP&A is expected.
• Experience with ERP processes related to cost, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics for finance and commercial groups, including incentive targets and quarterly payments.
• Update and analyze cost center spend versus budget and forecast accuracy.
• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly financial reports and dashboards (DSO/DPO and other metrics).
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and leadership to provide insights and ad hoc data requests.
