Senior Consultant @ XCUTIVES Inc. | Global Sales and Leadership Hiring
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new sales for our client. They should be able to establish strong relationships with clients, including CxO level contacts, leveraging industry experience and networks to open new opportunities. This role primarily involves hunting for new accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Leader with 10+ years of experience in a Tier 1 company, possessing strong industry relationships across key businesses, capable of connecting at the C-Suite, originating large opportunities, and mobilizing clients.
- Proven success in acquiring G2000 client relationships and leading teams to secure significant business.
- Knowledge of global delivery models and experience closing large deals in new business hunting.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with CXO leaders.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and grow large-scale relationships for new accounts within the RCPGTTH industry segments.
- Identify prospective clients and create go-to-market strategies for specific territories and industry verticals.
- Identify key decision-makers and build trusted advisor relationships.
- Understand client transformation agendas and offer differentiated solutions to deliver business impact.
- Drive business from new accounts and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
- Build credibility, increase market share, manage objections, and explore new growth areas with clients.
- Leverage alliances (cloud, digital, etc.) and external partnerships to identify joint solution opportunities.
- Understand technology and vertical platforms to craft solutions with pre-sales teams matching customer needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by collaborating with project teams and maintaining service quality.
