Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform cashiering, merchandising and store operations while delivering friendly, attentive service.

This part-time role requires the ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on high-quality guest interactions and accurate cash handling. Training is provided for product knowledge and procedures.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, on-the-job training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with checkout procedures and store policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions about store merchandise and promotions.
• Maintain and display merchandise, assist with fittings and returns as needed.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and balance cash drawers.
