Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon environment. You will greet customers, explain tanning services and options, and help guests select products while delivering outstanding service.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean, welcoming salon. Evening and weekend availability is required, along with 18+ and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
