Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help customers look and feel their best while promoting tanning services and memberships.

Ideal candidates are energized by sales, excel at building relationships, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
