The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate in Pueblo, CO to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role combines sales, merchandising and basic store operations, including cashiering, displays, and routine cleaning.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
