The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in Sterling, Colorado to support the guest experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations, including cashiering, displays, register procedures, and keeping facilities clean.

• Willingness to learn store operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions, recommend merchandise, and help locate items.
• Process transactions at the register and maintain store presentation.
• Assist with merchandise display, pulls, and routine store cleanliness.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
