Job summary
StretchLab - Hudson in Brecksville, OH is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to assist the General Manager with new member sales, lead follow-up, and Intro Sessions. You will greet clients at the front desk, conduct studio tours, present services, and book qualified appointments to hit monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service required.
- Ability to learn ClubReady software.
- Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow up, and close.
- Book and confirm intro classes.
- Greet and check-in clients and prospects at the studio.
- Conduct tours and build relationships to assess needs.
- Maintain personal sales production and hit monthly quotas.
- Present services to current or prospective members.
- Book quality appointments to meet sales goals and follow up on leads.
- Participate in events to promote the club.
- Ensure the studio is clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
