You will manage end-to-end immigration cases (O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW) and serve as a dedicated partner delivering white-glove support throughout stressful legal transitions. • Customer Excellence: Act as a dedicated partner to world-class technologists and founders, providing white-glove support and clear guidance through stressful legal transitions.
• Product & Operations: Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to refine the software platform, automating manual workflows to enhance the user experience.
• Scale: Help define the "Lighthouse Standard" for quality as the company scales its operations to support hundreds of new customers monthly.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in high-stakes environments such as high-growth startups, consulting, or specialized legal operations.
