Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 3-5 years of direct experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, planning, and strategy execution skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and priorities in a changing retail environment.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
