The Joint Chiropractic is hiring Wellness Coordinators in Marietta, GA to join a fast-paced, service-oriented team. You will greet patients, present memberships, handle check-in/check-out, and support clinic sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

No healthcare experience is required—we train the right person and promote long-term growth within the organization. Weekend availability and reliable transport are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to travel within a 15-mile radius if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience.
• Presenting and selling memberships and wellness packages.
• Managing patient check-in/check-out processes.
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions.
• Maintaining accurate patient accounts using point-of-sale software.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Supporting clinic sales and monthly goals.
• Assisting with marketing and community outreach efforts.

Schedule Requirements

Full-shift availability required.

• Monday – Friday: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
  
• Saturday: 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM
  
• Sunday: 11:45 AM – 5:00 PM
