Job summary

Veronica Beard in the United States is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead the sales floor, style and sell, and deliver the Veronica Beard client experience. You will mentor team members and ensure a high-touch, luxury service standard.

You will open and close the store, participate in inventory and loss prevention, and drive clienteling through events and proactive outreach to grow the customer base and strengthen brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience in a high-touch environment.
• Previous leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury/contemporary fashion and clienteling is preferred.
