Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the Sales Gallery Floor/Center in a high‑volume environment. You will coordinate sales activities, manage the team, and ensure accurate product availability and presentations to prospective owners.

You will interview candidates, drive a culture of excellence, and maintain top‑level guest experience. A license and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Incumbent is required to maintain an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operational aspects of the Sales Gallery Floor/Sales Center.
• Ensure Sales Executives understand what can be sold and how it should be sold, including financing options.
• Lead and participate in regular sales management meetings to review performance and plan actions.
