Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a retail associate in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting store operations from POS to stockroom.

You will collaborate with management to meet personal and team sales goals and act as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches and collaborations. The position requires 2–3 years of retail experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, and a commitment to high service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying store service standards.
• Actively champion a positive team culture and share ideas and concerns.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up with high service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of current product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including asset protection, inventory control, and compliance.
