Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a store team member in Texas to welcome customers, assist across departments, and help manage the POS system for a seamless shopping experience.

You will stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives, and contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility, strong customer service, and the ability to move merchandise safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs' core values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives and selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
