Westgate Park City Resort & Spa in Park City, Utah, is seeking a detail-oriented team member for sales support and front-line guest interactions. You will open/close the sales floor, assist guests, and handle daily reporting to support Sales and Management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong data entry skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, multitasking, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service and data entry experience is a plus.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm or more.
• Must have Word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, multitask, and work under pressure with precision.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the sales floor.
• Provide customer service and answer questions for sales reps.
• Run daily arrival reports for in-house referrals.
• Maintain accurate records and complete reports for Sales and Sales Support.
• Process deals and handle cash/credit card purchases.
• Coordinate with team via Microsoft Teams to process deals.
