Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Consistency in cleaning all assigned rooms while meeting quality standards.
• Achieve a daily productivity goal of 12 credits based on room size and service type.
• Maintain a 90%+ unit inspection score and follow established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks including stripping units, removing trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Use equipment and supplies safely and efficiently per procedures.
• Report Lost & Found items promptly following protocols.
• Foster teamwork and assist with other duties to support the team.
• Additional duties may be assigned to support housekeeping operations
