This on-site role emphasizes communication with sales leadership, rigorous data validation in Excel, and the design of commission plans. You will maintain documentation, generate ad hoc analyses, and help drive transparency across incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years in corporate finance, accounting, or sales finance/operations.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Effective communication with executives.
• Identify and improve existing processes to increase efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales commissions.
• Forecast and report company-wide commission expense with FP&A.
• Assist in designing and updating annual commission plans.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and HR on incentive analysis.
• Maintain commission plan documentation and communications.
• Produce ad hoc reports for senior leaders.
