Horne Mazda Avondale is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join its team in Avondale, Arizona. This position requires individuals with strong sales skills and exceptional communication abilities to sell high-quality vehicles. Responsibilities include greeting customers, conducting needs analyses, and demonstrating vehicle features.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak a second language preferred.
• One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales skills, excellent communication, and top customer service skills are a must.
• Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
• Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers on sales floor and performs needs analysis.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle.
• Researches availability of models using computer database.
• Negotiate sales price and terms with customers.
• Completes paperwork and arranges for delivery of vehicles.
