About the team

The BPaaS team performs new business sales of FIS' Item Processing, Remittance Processing, Content Management, Remote Deposit Capture, Print and Mail, and Card Personalization and Materials Supply.

The BPaaS Sales team builds strong relationships with executives through face-to-face and virtual strategic discussions. Understanding the company strategy and aligning FIS' BPaaS solutions and services to their strategy is key to building solid relationships and a successful partnership.

Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive new business sales of FIS' BPaaS solutions and work alongside the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to upsell additional solutions to existing clients.

What you will be doing
  • Manage large, complex BPaaS sales engagements using your leadership and enterprise sales experience.
  • Leverage understanding of outsourcing of shared services like Print and Mail, and FIS' market leadership in Item and Remittance processing, as well as Card personalization and materials, to drive sales.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, and close business in a consultative sales environment.
  • Sell to large financial institutions.
Location & Travel
  • Remote position, anywhere in the US
  • Travel up to 30-50%, spending time in the field
What you bring
  • At least 5 years of experience selling into large banks
  • Proven success in identifying, initiating, developing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Experience selling Outsourced Solutions such as Item or Remittance Processing, Print and Mail, or Card Personalization and Materials Supply
  • Experience selling complex solutions and structuring deals that meet customer and company expectations
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills, with proficiency in CRM
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentations to all management levels
