Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee in Lahaina, HI. The role involves answering Owner questions about properties, following up on referrals, and fulfilling requests for pricing, maps, and descriptions.

You will develop opportunities by contacting Owners about promotions and reloads while maintaining records to support effective follow-up. Live in a vibrant resort area and leverage uncapped earning potential with incentives and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience preferred.
• Must maintain an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from Owners about property use and location amenities; provide recommendations based on discovery.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, highlight promotions, and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow up.

As a Sales Executive Trainee, a typical day will include:

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow up opportunities.

To Become a Sales Executive Trainee

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• One-year related experience is preferred.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
