Job summary

You will collaborate with bank partners, pursue cross-selling opportunities, participate in sales seminars, and stay current on coverage changes. Insurance licenses are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Three years of experience in sales or related field.
• Licenses in insurance may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds established annual sales production goals via generation of new accounts and cross-selling.
• Partners with Customer Service Representatives to renew existing business to meet retention goals.
• Participates in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development and meets continuing education requirements.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge on processes and coverage changes.
• Keeps abreast of selling trends and uses agency selling aids to maintain a competitive status.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
