As a Sales Executive, you’ll help expand access to life-changing infusion therapies—supporting patients who deserve care in more comfortable, convenient settings like their home or an infusion suite.
You’ll represent a growing infusion therapy provider and play a key role in driving awareness, building referral networks, and supporting physicians in delivering the best care possible.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and care teams
- Educate providers on infusion therapy services through thoughtful, consultative conversations
- Develop and manage a pipeline of referral sources and maintain consistent outreach
- Coordinate with referral coordinators and office staff to support new and existing partnerships
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, make strategic calls, and support local marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to roll out engagement materials and campaigns
- Partner with pharmaceutical representatives to identify potential referral opportunities
- Track outreach activities in CRM and report on trends, engagement, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to a high-performing, mission-driven sales culture
What You Bring:
Experience
- At least 2 years in a sales, outreach, or business development role
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences is helpful, but not required
- Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships from the ground up
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for connecting with others
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
- Adaptable in conversations with various healthcare audiences
- Personable, reliable, and comfortable navigating new environments
Education
- Fields such as healthcare, communications, or business are preferred
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
