Insurance Sales Producer - Commercial Lines

Position Overview

World’s team of Risk Management Experts bring risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. Your primary focus is identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients (small, medium, large) leveraging World’s unique niche. While your focus is selling commercial lines risk solutions, you also are empowered to help clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions. World’s broad range of solutions means you can prospect any company of any size to provide value to your client. Imagine the potential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accounts
  • Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closing
  • Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential
  • Utilize World’s broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.

Qualifications

  • Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
  • Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and HR outsourcing services)
  • Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from day one to manage an existing book of business
  • It is beneficial, but not mandatory, if you have:
    • Sold commercial insurance for a top broker. World will enhance your expertise through its training program;
    • Experience with insurance agency management software like AMS360 and Epic, and CRM platforms like HubSpot;
    • Built and presented client “pitch decks”/presentations.

Compensation

Your compensation as a World Insurance Producer is performance-based, combining a base salary with commissions, plus a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary ranges from $80,000 to over $200,000, depending on experience and revenue generation potential. Your base salary grows with your book of business, offering significant upside potential.
