Atlas Global Talent represents an established US freight brokerage seeking an experienced Sales Executive for its Dallas team. You’ll own the full lifecycle from prospecting to freight execution and account management.
You’ll generate opportunities, win new shipper business, quote freight, coordinate capacity and protect margins in a mid-market book. There’s autonomy to grow and lead over time.
My client is an established US freight brokerage looking to add an experienced Sales Executive to its Dallas team.
Despite the Sales Executive title, this is a full cradle-to-grave position. You’ll be responsible for generating your own opportunities, winning new shipper business, managing the freight, developing the account and growing the relationship over time.
The opportunity offers a competitive base salary alongside an uncapped 30% commission structure, providing significant earning potential for experienced brokers who can build and manage a profitable book.
For someone looking for more autonomy, stronger earning potential, good technology and operational support, and fewer restrictions around where they can sell, this is worth a conversation.
You’ll own the complete customer lifecycle from initial prospecting through to ongoing account management and freight execution.
The focus is on developing quality mid-market shipper relationships, particularly with customers who place genuine value on service, communication and execution rather than making every decision solely on price.
Once an account is won, it stays with you. You’ll remain responsible for developing the relationship, quoting freight, coordinating capacity, protecting margins and identifying opportunities to expand the account.
As your book develops, there is also scope to build and eventually lead a team around your business.
