What You’ll Do

As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll:

  • Own the Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing, you’ll drive deals with precision and speed.
  • Engage Dynamic Markets: Manage SMB accounts across specialty retail verticals, leveraging greenfield opportunities.
  • Deliver Value: Conduct compelling demos that address customer pain points and showcase our solutions’ impact.
  • Collaborate and Scale: Work closely with SDRs, marketing, and sales engineers to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Adapt and Lead: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, contributing to the evolution of a scaling sales team.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Familiarity with SMB sales cycles, closing an average of 10-12 deals per month.
  • A clear understanding of a 30-40 day sales cycle with an average deal value of $4,000 to $5,000.
  • Mastery of cold calling and outbound pipeline generation.
  • A growth mindset, laser-sharp organizational skills, and adaptability.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging advanced sales tools to maximize results.
