Job Title: Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Professional (Hotel Industry)


Location: Multiple Locations (Property-level & Regional Sales Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Availability: Immediate joiners from the hospitality industry preferred for PAN India locations.

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales Professionals with a strong background in the hospitality and hotel industry must. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B and B2C hotel sales, proven expertise in managing agent communications, and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. This role requires both Regional Sales Office (RSO) and Property-level Sales exposure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Actively promote the hotel to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the property.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to align sales strategy with business goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and pipeline status to senior management.
  • Travel as required to support business development and client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 25 years) in hotel or hospitality sales.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel business landscape and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Multitasking ability and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to dedicate full performance and commitment to role.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or property visits.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS, CRM, IDS etc.).

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
