We are especially interested in candidates who are hungry to sell, comfortable asking for the business, and able to confidently follow up and close leads.

Our agency provides a steady flow of online and inbound leads, so we're looking for someone who can respond quickly, build rapport, identify customer needs, and confidently move prospects from quote to close.

What You'll Do

• Work new online and inbound insurance leads
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Follow up consistently with prospects by phone, text, and email
• Build rapport and uncover customer insurance needs
• Confidently ask for and close the sale
• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-up schedule
• Meet individual and agency sales goals
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training

Licensing

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain the appropriate California insurance licenses required for the position, including:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Life Insurance License

Compensation
