Compensation

$65,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Bilingual—Spanish (required).
• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Available to work the following schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
