Unique Sales Program

• You will have the opportunity to engage with current clients and independently pursue new business development as you grow your book of business, leveraging Stephen Gould’s full‑lifecycle solutions.
• You will be aligned with a senior sales leader as your mentor and work closely with the sales support team including designers, project managers, and account coordinators on vendor communication, timetables, deliverables, production status, etc.
• Your first 2 years are salaried while you build your individual business and master the product knowledge needed for long‑term success. Once you are ready, you will transition to a best‑in‑industry, uncapped commission structure. You can transition at any time!
