The Role
As a Remote Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Coastal Compass’s client base by connecting with mission-aligned businesses and introducing them to our proven suite of marketing and strategic solutions.
We’re seeking a seasoned sales professional, ideally with a background in B2B sales—someone who understands the value of strategic marketing and can build long-term client partnerships. This role offers full remote flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the support of a top-tier creative and strategic team.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and engage with business owners, consultants, and service providers nationwide
• Identify client pain points and position tailored marketing solutions
• Present, pitch, and close high-value service contracts with confidence and clarity
• Nurture client relationships and ensure a smooth handoff to fulfillment teams
• Maintain detailed CRM activity and consistently report performance
• Contribute to Coastal Compass’s high-performance culture and reputation for excellence
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years in sales; B2B and marketing industry experience strongly preferred
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Executive-level communication, confidence, and professionalism
• Strong grasp of digital marketing services and industry trends
• Self-directed, results-focused, and collaborative in virtual settings
• Comfortable managing a pipeline, navigating CRMs, and closing consultative sales
