Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based role, offering an attractive commission structure of 150% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for all sales closed. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, leveraging Bonelli Systems’ comprehensive suite of managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, Microsoft Azure expertise, and CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients in law firms, architectural firms, financial institutions, energy companies, and other SMBs through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from Bonelli Systems’ portfolio, including Tier 1-4 managed services, Microsoft 365/Azure solutions, virtual CIO services, and Bonelli Systems CRM.
  • Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve high MRR, maximizing commission earnings.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with Bonelli Systems’ engineers and architects to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and can be seamlessly implemented.
  • Track and Report: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in Bonelli Systems CRM, providing regular updates to leadership.

Commission Structure

  • 150% of MRR Sold: For every dollar of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) closed (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2, or Virtual CIO subscriptions), earn 150% of that MRR as a one-time commission.
  • Example: Closing a 3-year contract for a 50-person SMB requiring Tier 1 and Tier 2 services, Tier 3 compliance services, and baseline Virtual CIO services, totaling $18,500/month MRR, yields a $27,750 commission.
  • Custom Add-Ons (Tier 4): Commissions for custom-priced services will be determined on a case-by-case basis, maintaining the 150% MRR structure where applicable.
  • Residual Structure: Earn a 5% monthly residual on ARR for the contract duration (e.g., $925/month for an $18,500 ARR deal) after the initial commission period, with potential increases to 6% or 7% based on new ARR performance ($10,001–$20,000 ARR/month: 6%; $20,001+ ARR/month: 7%). Residuals require a minimum $10,000 new ARR/month and active client contracts; residuals pause if quota is unmet for two consecutive months or if the client terminates early.
  • No Cap on Earnings: Unlimited earning potential based on your ability to close high-value contracts.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, or SaaS solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or CRM platforms is a plus but not required; training on Bonelli Systems’ offerings will be provided.
  • Self-Motivated: Thrives in a commission-based environment with the discipline to work independently and drive results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate complex IT and cybersecurity solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bonelli Systems CRM, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Lucrative Commission Structure: Earn 150% of MRR, offering significant earning potential with no cap.
  • High-Demand Services: Sell industry-leading solutions backed by a four-time Microsoft Solutions Partner and Clio Partner certifications.
