Dimerco Express Group is seeking logistics professionals to join our global forwarding operations team. You will manage daily export/import cycles, coordinate with vendors and overseas offices, and ensure accurate documentation and timely shipments.

The role offers growth in a fast-paced, international environment with exposure to TSA and US Customs filings, carrier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of Global Forwarding Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of ocean import/export operations, shipping documentation, customs procedures, and carrier coordination.

• Perform daily export/import operations cycles; data entry, documentation, shipment tracking and cross-office coordination.
• Inspect cargo conditions and verify shipping marks at warehouse.
• Provide customer support to vendors, agents and government agencies; assist billing and collections.
• Review documents, contact first-time customers and handle tasks as needed.
• Establish/update SOPs/rates to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate rate quotations with clients, overseas offices and agents.
• Maintain local carrier/vendor relationships and negotiate costs.

Position:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of1 year of Global Forwarding Operations experience
• Strong knowledge of ocean import/export operations, shipping documentation, customs procedures, and carrier coordination.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Being able to work independently and part of a team
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily export/import operations cycles; operations’ data entries, coordination/document preparation, daily shipment tracking, daily clients, vendors and oversea offices coordination and communications; also include invoicing, vendor cost approval, Custom filing and close shipment files.
• Inspect cargo conditions, irregularities and verify cargo shipping marks physically at warehouse.
• Provide customer support to all vendors, suppliers, agents and government agencies to facilitate the export/import objective while ensuring accurate accounting functions relating to the billing, distribution and collection of funds.
• Review all documents, contact all first-time customers and handle other tasks as needed.
• Establish, maintain and update account profiles/SOPs/rates adjustment to improve operation efficiency, service quality, and protect profitability of each shipment/consolidation.
• Act as in-house customer supports and coordinate all rate quotations to clients, overseas offices, and agents.
• Coordinate and communicate cross activities internally and externally, such as operations, customer services, sales and financial matters…etc.
• Maintain and establish local carriers/vendors relationship and cost negotiation to improve operating costs and maximize profitability.
• Comply Dimerco operation and system requirements, plus export government security and transportation regulations, such as TSA and US Customs filings but not limited to those.
• Report and coordinate with cargo claim process and filing.
• Perform and coordinate 3PB (triangle trade) and CC (brokerage) arrangements and invoicing.
• Be the assist to other departments when there is a need;
• Research and resolve daily operational problems;
• Support to management in business development and internal promotion with overseas offices and agents to improve business volume.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
