Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking an organized Associate to help develop commercial talent and improve customer experiences across Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Marketing Operations, and commercial teams. The role participates in the Associate Territory Manager program and completes required training and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 upon graduation.
• Understanding of learning design and development, sales and marketing, adult education, research and assessment methodologies, and leadership skills development
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 25% of the time
• Experience facilitating/hosting/coordinating tours and events for internal and external customers
• Experience supporting Sales Excellence initiatives for strategic partnership and growth

Responsibilities

• Global Headquarters Tours & Experiences: plan, coordinate, and execute tours and visitor experiences
• Recruitment & Early-Career Support: coordinate logistics for career fairs, schedules, materials, and follow-up
• Training Resource Marketing & Adoption: market training tools and resources to internal audiences
• Commercial Excellence & Marketing Operations Project Support: assist with project plans, track actions and deadlines
• Associate Territory Manager Program Participation: complete training and program requirements
