Morton’s The Steakhouse in Nashville is seeking a dynamic Sales & Events On‑Site Manager to drive private dining and event revenue in one of the city’s most rapidly growing and high‑energy districts.

Located in the heart of downtown—just steps from Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, and Nashville’s iconic live music venues—this role offers unmatched exposure and opportunity to build meaningful local partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years previous sales experience in upscale dining or hotel operations.
• Ability to prepare professional promotional materials and coordinate with kitchen/staff.
• Strong contract, budgeting, and guest communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales for one or more restaurants and secure new corporate/social event clients.
• Conduct venue tours, negotiate contracts, and manage sales pipeline.
• Plan and implement a comprehensive sales action plan with leadership.
• Collaborate with clients on menus, BEOs, layouts, and timelines.
• Supervise event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Nurture relationships with clients, planners, and vendors for repeat business.
