Wenger Corporation is seeking a Sales Estimator to deliver accurate estimates, proposals, and orders for assigned sales regions. You will collaborate with sales and other departments to review project requirements, confirm scope, and create quotes aligned with pricing goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to learn new products quickly. Prior estimating or CRM (SalesForce) experience is a plus.

Formación

• 2 years' relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn products / product application.
• College degree preferred.
• Estimating or bid experience; CRM (SalesForce) experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides estimating support for contract and direct business within assigned sales regions.
• Reviews customer bid documents and contracts to verify project requirements and scope of work.
• Coordinates with other departments to obtain drawings, cost estimates, and information needed to prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
• Writes orders for assigned sales regions, ensuring alignment with approved quotes and documented project requirements.
• Maintains complete estimating records, including supporting calculations, drawings, assumptions, exclusions, and quote revisions.
• Updates estimates and proposals to reflect changes in project scope, specifications, or pricing direction.
