JP Carroll Roofing is a growing residential roofing business that just opened up a new branch in Western Massachusetts. We are an exciting, startup-like environment and are looking to bring on excellent sales reps with experience in the home services business and incredible drive to win business and grow revenue.

Job Description:

You will meet with customers, measure roofs, estimate jobs and close sales! You will be provided with the majority of your leads with the goal of generating your own referrals, and self-generated leads through utilizing the customer base that you build over time. Knowledge of roofing materials and roof measuring will be trained.

You need great interpersonal skills, are self-motivated, and an independent go-getter to grow our team and company. A company vehicle, company phone, iPad, and all sales materials will be provided. Great office staff will support your efforts and schedule all appointments.
