Start: Award – August 2026

Must be US

Requirements:

1. Proficient with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) cost estimating software called MicroComputer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES) or MII software.
2. 5+ years of experience performing cost estimates for the USACE, especially projects over $250M.
3. Familiar with the USACE Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Waste (HTRW) work breakdown structure.
4. Experience estimating construction activities such as electrical installation, concrete structure construction, industrial construction, etc.
5. Experience in deconstruction and decommissioning estimating (desired, not required).
6. Knowledge in radioactive waste estimation would be helpful but not required.
