Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Sales Engineering Coordinator in Wisconsin to support the Sales Engineering team by coordinating project activities, preparing technical materials, and helping develop customer-focused solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives, and Operations to design solutions, prepare BOMs, estimates, and proposals, and ensure accurate project documentation throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and support solution development.
• Develop BOMs, system designs, estimates, and proposals with Senior Sales Engineers.
• Prepare and organize technical and sales materials.
• Support customer-focused solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and company standards.
• Attend customer site walks and meetings; present project materials and concepts.
• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, estimates and documentation.
• Support administrative activities for the Sales Engineering team.
