Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our team to help drive the success of our sales organization, including our post-sale Customer Success team. In this role, you will equip our selling and customer success professionals with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to excel and exceed targets. You will also help build and operationalize tools, SOPs, metrics, and other sales and customer value measurement programs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product will be essential to develop and execute enablement programs that empower our sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and revenue growth.

The Sales Enablement Manager will focus on sales engineering and customer success, working proactively with senior management to identify business challenges, prioritize them, define solutions, and execute activities. This position reports to the Head of North American Sales Ops and works under the Sales Enablement Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategy and execute enablement initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and leadership
  • Improve onboarding processes and accelerate ramp-up time for sales engineering and customer success teams
  • Measure and report on the impact of onboarding and enablement initiatives
  • Support deployment and ongoing management of a sales enablement platform for content, onboarding, learning, and coaching
  • Collaborate to develop resources like customer success plays, presentations, and demo scripts
  • Maintain project documentation and SOPs
  • Drive adoption of best practices
  • Create online and in-person training, learning paths, and certifications to enhance sales and customer success readiness
  • Plan impactful sales events and training with leadership
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years leading enterprise-wide business programs
  • Experience supporting a global sales team (preferred)
  • Experience in sales, sales operations, or related domains (preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, including enablement platforms and learning management systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management capabilities
