Job summary

Tyler Union, a division of McWane, Inc., is seeking a Sales Engineer for the South Central/Southwest region. This role focuses on supporting the sales team, calling on engineers, utilities, and top firms to win major projects.

You will travel regionally, develop specifications, promote domestic materials, and maintain CRM records while delivering technical training and promotions. Candidates should have an engineering degree (P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline; a P.E. is preferred.
• Willing to travel minimum 3 nights per week.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Sales experience in utility, water, wastewater or construction industries preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database usage.

Responsibilities

• Call on engineers and specifying officials nationwide, supporting Territory Managers and independent calls on major firms.
• Be the authority on Tyler Union products for design, installation and code community issues.
• Promote domestic materials through specifications and training sessions.
• Travel regionally with Territory Managers to gain experience and build relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales reports and project/bid reporting.
