Job summary

ISHE is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive engineering-focused sales across major national accounts. The role requires building relationships with city engineers and officials, promoting Tyler Union products, and coordinating with Territory Managers on specifications and training.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (PE preferred), has deep knowledge of water/wastewater systems, and is willing to travel frequently. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing knowledge in utility/construction markets.
• Ability to build relationships with engineers and officials.
• Experience with CRM and reporting in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Call on engineers and officials nationwide to support territory goals.
• Present programs and training sessions for product promotion.
• Travel with Territory Managers to gain market exposure and close specs.
• Maintain CRM data and generate sales reports.
• Lead technical training for new hires and ongoing education.
