Sales Engineer

Summary
We’re seeking a Sales Engineer to drive market share growth in the Dallas area through direct sales, technical support, and exceptional customer service. This role involves meeting clients, delivering technical presentations, generating leads, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Visit oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and engineering firms to promote solutions.
Manage territory sales, develop contracts, and promptly handle customer inquiries.
Deliver technical presentations and review engineering drawings for accurate quoting.
Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, and field services to ensure client satisfaction.
Resolve technical issues and maintain vendor data to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Skills
Sales Aptitude: Strong ability to build client relationships and deliver technical presentations.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in technical terminology and problem-solving.
Communication: Effective with clients, engineers, and executives.
Analytical: Able to analyze data and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented in a dynamic environment.
Experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Able to travel 50–75%, conduct presentations, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable in fabrication shops or petrochemical facilities as needed.
