Job description

Technical Sales Territory Manager

Position based in Washington, DC area. Responsible for selling boiler and cooling tower water treatment chemicals with unlimited commission potential.

Work from home within Washington DC or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Sell water treatment chemicals to industrial customers within a Washington, DC-based territory.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business through cold calling.
  • Collaborate with experienced sales team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a four-year technical degree (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, Mechanical Engineering); advanced degrees or military equivalents are preferred.
  • At least one year of technical sales experience related to water treatment chemicals; experience selling to industrial clients and knowledge of the Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington DC markets is preferred.
